Refund policy
All accessories may be returned within 14 days of the original shipment date.
We do not refund shipping in this case as this is a service that has already been rendered. Products must be in like-new condition for a full refund. Damaged products cannot be returned.
All sales are final after 30 days of original shipping date.
5% restocking fee for all returned items.
Only unused accessories may be returned/exchanged
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns & exchanges unless the item is covered by our warranty.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and sanitary protection in tact, if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note that some items may not be eligible for return

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - minus the 5% restock fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
