HOW DO THEY WORK?
Our Wireless Earrings feature an Off/On switch and buttons to change settings including brightness & pattern settings. Our Earrings take CR2032 batteries that easily slide in and turn on with the switch.
IS THERE MORE THAN ONE PATTERN?
Our Lunar Earrings have dozens of patterns.
Our Constellation Earrings have 5 patterns & 5 brightness settings.
DO THE EARRINGS COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES?
Our Wireless Earring collection currently comes in one size.
HOW LONG WILL THEY LAST?
Our Lunar Earrings will last about 1 hour on the lowest brightness setting.
Our Constellation Earrings will last about 2 hours on the lowest brightness setting.
Earrings turned to the brighest brightness will not last as long as they do on a lower brightness setting.
Higher brightness is great for photos & shooting videos, lower brightness is perfect for your next party or rave.
HOW BRIGHT ARE THEY?
We made them as bright as we could!
Our Lunar Earrings have 3 brightness settings, and our Constellation Earrings have 5 brightness settings.
BARE vs COVER?
Our bare earrings will be lighter weight and brighter.
Our 3D Printed Covers will beautifully diffuse the LEDs. (Think LED Hula Hoops, how the tubing diffuses the LEDs)
In the end its really personal preference ☺

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Full care instructions are included with the earrings and battery pack, but basically treat them like you would your electronics and your favorite jewelry had a baby: handle with care; store in a cool, dry place when not in use; and don't go jumping into a swimming pool, hot tub or thunderstorm with them on. Our Warranty does not cover water damage.
WHERE IS MY JEWELRY MADE?
All earrings and chokers are assembled in the USA from imported parts. Handmade by Abbi.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Yes. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, with the exceptions stated below, for 1 year, effective from the date you receive your items.
This warranty does not cover physical damage that breaks any of the materials, water damage, or normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scrapes and scratches. The batteries themselves are warrantied for 6 months from the date you receive the product. In particular, this warranty does not cover damage done by end users to the wiring, connecters or other fragile parts, and does not cover misuse or accidental or purposeful damage.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED WITH WARRANTY?
This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, worn out batteries, or normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scrapes, and scratches.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Wireless Earrings (Lunars & Constellations) may be returned within 10 days of the original shipment date.
Ultra Long Life Earrings, Beta Battery Pack, & LED Choker may be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Products must be in like-new condition for a full refund. Damaged products cannot be returned. Check out our whole policy here

We ship to just about anywhere permitted by U.S. law.
Unfortunately, CosmicAccents can not be responsible for wrong addresses. Refunds or replacements will not be issued by C.A on items that are returned or misdelivered.
If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay for the additional shipping charges. Please double check to make sure you have put in the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address. If you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately.
International customers: We are not responsible for customs/import fees. As a small business, it is impossible for us to keep up with the international shipping regulations of every country. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to RESEARCH and UNDERSTAND the import duties put forth by their respective country.
